All our seasoned hardwood logs are split, so you don't have too.
Our logs are approximately 10” (250mm) in length and diameter is between 3” to 6” (75mm to 150mm).

While seasoning they are regularly testing for moisture and are only packed for sale when they reach below 18% moisture content.
All of our wood is felled, cut, split and packaged using only electricity, which 45% is supplied through the use of our own solar panels. We hope to double this to 90% by 2026.
There are several reasons we have decided not to kiln dry our wood. As you will be aware of climate change, we do not believe that burning 2 to 3 tonnes of wood to dry 18 tonnes of wood regardless of quality or grade is good for the climate.
